Freddie Rios was recommended to me for the framing of our new residence. Freddie and his crew did a fabulous job. They were efficient, timely and skilled at a level beyond what I have experienced with other framers. We had a multi-level project with a fair amount of steel, dozens of arches, groin ceilings, arched ceilings, 100’s of cornices and a challenging roof design. Working with Freddie was a pleasure. I was impressed with the depth of knowledge he has and it showed. I believe he is especially good at building the high end custom homes. I credit Freddie in helping me make some alterations that had a great impact on the final product.

In 2000, I contracted Freddie Rios of Rios Framing to frame our custom homes and I continue to use him today. I contract Freddie exclusively for all of my jobs. I am an upscale custom home builder in Austin and surrounding areas for over 20 years. As a builder, it is important for me to use the best contractors that I can depend on and that do exceptional work. I found this in Rios Framing. He provides framing proposals from blue prints and provides a complete turnkey frame labor installation for each of our projects.

Freddie takes the extra effort to assure that his framing crews have the most current plans on site prior to starting each job, prepares materials take offs for the suppliers and coordinates with me and my Superintendent to assure material deliveries are scheduled before the crews start framing. He also manages framing crews from start to final completion.

Freddie frames home per plans and on occasion will find architectural design errors where he is quick to fix and resolve problems. In addition to framing homes, Freddie also bids our steel work. He has steel crews that are professional that can custom build and install steel structures per engineered plans.

Several years ago, Freddie changed his company name to RL Construction & Home Building, LLC. His business has grown and he has expanded his services to provide steel structural installations, remodeling, paint, sheetrock, decks, roofing and more.
